Using Ms Access We can create front end applications as well as we can create database tables and can make relationships among the tables i.e. why Ms Access is combined of DBMS and applications.

We can combine and we can access it as application because now my project I am using MS ACCESS to develop application.

Yes. In MS-Access itself we can create forms, buttons like an Visual Basic application program to access the data.

Because in ms access that is open source. We can combine database and we can access it as an application.
