Entity is the real world object which can be distinguish about the real world.

Can someone tell me how this answer is entity ?

Please Tell me About it answer that how this answer is entity. Please describe?

An entity is something that exists by itself, although it need not be of material existence.

An entity is a person, department, team, corporation, cooperative, partnership, or other group with whom it is possible to conduct business.

Entity is an real world object that has some well defined attributes and behavior. So correct answer is entity because all options except entity are the part of entity.

Why user want to track?

My same question is that why user want to track it?

In DBMS we always identifies any entities corresponding to any attributes that's means we always track data as per our requirement.

Can we identify a bottle? Yes. So its an entity.
Can we identify a pen? Yes. So its an entity.
Can we identify a monitor screen? Yes. So its an entity.

But,
Can we identify honesty, love or kindness(Which are relationships?)? No. So 'd' :-strike tat out.
Option c and b: Do we recognize identifiers or track them in work environment? No. We don't. Take an example of headphone. It can be identified by ear buds, wires, metal jack, etc. We go for a complete headphone, but not its individual identifiers and attributes. So options are invalid.
