Guys!
Easiest way to arrive at the answer would be :
= 4160 - rounded to 4000.
= 5230 - rounded to 5000.
= (4000*100) /5000.
= 400000/5000 = 400/5.
Which gives 80 as the answer.

We can easily calculate it by using @Rohit Agarwal sir's trick that is, Let us assume 4000 & 5000, the denominator is 5000 and what is 50% of 5000? its 2500 and we can split the numerator into 2500+1500 then it becomes 50%+...something,
Lets calculate the remaining part that is 1500 and what is 10% of 5000 its 500 then come to numerator and divide it into three parts that is 500+500+500 = 1500 that means 10%+10%+10%=30% then it becomes 30%and then add it to 50% which we got from 2500,
So we got 80% that means the answer is approx 80% because we are taking 4000 and 5000 instead of 4160 and 5230.
I hope this answer is sufficient. Thank you.

4160/5230 = 416/523.
100% = 523.
10% = 52.3.
70% = (50*7 + 2*7 +0.3*7).
= 350 + 14+ 2.1.
= 366.1.
So answer is greater than 70%.
80% = 50*8 + 2*8 + 0.3*8.
= 400 + 16 + 2.4.
= 418.4.
416 IS Little less than 418.4.
So answer is little less than 80%.
Thus 80% is correct approximation.
Do everything in mind .do not use pen and paper
You will be able to do it.
