Guys!
Easiest way to arrive at the answer would be :
= 4160 - rounded to 4000.
= 5230 - rounded to 5000.
= (4000*100) /5000.
= 400000/5000 = 400/5.
Which gives 80 as the answer.

So I found 85, so 2001.
