Consider total body part =1.
Now one sixth part of the body is bone and one tenth part is skin.
So from body part(1) we subtract portion of bone(1/6) and portion of skin(1/10).
We get 11/15.

Add muscles 1/3 with hormones and enzymes 2/5 you get 11/15 answer.
