Is there any simpler solution? solution provided is easier to analyze. I just still don't get why do we use 20 as the numerator. Thanks!

20 : 15 = 30600 : m => m = Rs. ( 30600 x 15 ) = Rs. 22,950.

First calculate the TOTAL COST involved in all the process
20% of X = 30,600
so,
X=1,53,000
Now
15% of 1,53,000=22,950
20% of X = 30,600
so,
X=1,53,000

If we see the chart there is clearly mentioned about the partition of printing i.e 20% and also according to the question the cost of printing is 30,600
so, we can equate 20% to 30,600
therefore, 20%=30,600
1%=30,600/20
then,15%(i.e of loyality which we have to calaculate)=( (30,600*15)/20
Ans. will be 22,950 i.e option 'C'
so, we can equate 20% to 30,600
