Difference b/w royalty and paper cost is also 5% and given as option B. Why can't it be an answer?

From phrasing;
Royalty 15%.
Promotion Cost 10%.
(15/100 * 360) - (10/100 * 360) = 18%.
Royalty 15%.
Promotion Cost 10%.

=>5(360)/100 = 18. (Circle contains 360 degrees).
