The difference b/w binding and promotion cost is also 5 percent so why can't it be the answer. Please do let me know. I am bid confused.

=>5(360)/100 = 18. (Circle contains 360 degrees).

Find the angle of each percent i.e.
Angle of royalty= (15/100) 360 =>54.
Binding= (20/100) 360 =>72.
In this way find all angles and take the difference.

@Sonam the diff between binding and promotion cost is 10% not 5%
