Anti-drug cell to soon be opened in every school and college of Uttarakhand. Director General of Police Anil Kumar Rathodi that against the intoxicants in the state, the police will set up an anti-drug cell in every school, college and youth institutions. It will be coordinated from the police station to the SSP. The responsibility of monitoring the cell in the state will be the responsibility of the Anti-Drug Task Force.
