The 3-day 7th International Tourism Mart (ITM) was held for the first time at the Pragna Bhawan in Agartala, Tripura. It was inaugurated by the Governor of Tripura, Prof. Kaptan Singh Solanki. To highlight the tourism potential of the North Eastern region in the domestic and international markets. The theme for this year's ITM is - "Adventure tourism". The 3-day event was attended by a total of 41 foreign delegates from 18 countries and had an estimated budget of Rs 2.6 crore.
