114 infrastructure projects worth ₹1,028 crore were inaugurated in Uttar Pradesh by Rajnath Singh, Nitin Gadkari, and Yogi Adityanath. The projects include the construction of Munshipulia and Khurramnagar flyovers, aimed at improving transportation and urban connectivity. The investment in India's urban infrastructure has significantly increased, from ₹1.78 lakh crore (2004-14) to ₹28.52 lakh crore (2014-24). The Kanpur-Lucknow motorway also incorporates India’s first automated, machine-guided construction system, showcasing innovation in infrastructure development.

The Karnataka government signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Swiss-Indian Chamber of Commerce to enhance international business collaboration during the Global Investors 2025 event. The MoU signing ceremony took place with the Minister for Large and Medium Industries, M B Patil, and representatives from 19 leading Swiss companies present. This agreement aims to strengthen the economic ties and trade relations between Karnataka and Switzerland, supporting further growth and investment opportunities in the region.

Haryana launched the ‘Har Khet-Swasth Khet’ campaign to boost soil health and promote sustainable farming. The initiative includes collecting soil samples from every acre of farmland across the state over the next 3-4 years. As part of the campaign, farmers are receiving Soil Health Cards to help them make informed decisions regarding soil fertility, nutrient management, and crop productivity. The state has already collected millions of soil samples, set up new testing labs, and introduced digital platforms to aid farmers in monitoring soil health.

Maharashtra has mandated the use of Marathi in all official communication across government, semi-government, and local self-government bodies. Marathi was designated as the official language of Maharashtra in 1960 and attained the status of a classical language in 2024. The Indian Constitution allows states to choose their official languages under Article 345. Other states, such as Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Jharkhand, and West Bengal, have also implemented language policies to promote their regional languages. These policies aim to preserve linguistic heritage while ensuring accessibility and governance for local populations.

Madhya Pradesh has launched the Drone Promotion and Utilisation Policy 2025 to establish itself as a major hub for drone manufacturing. The policy offers up to 40% capital subsidy (capped at ₹30 crore) for manufacturing units, along with incentives such as drone schools, research and development support, and stamp duty exemptions. The initiative aims to attract over ₹400 crore in investment and was a key highlight at Bhopal’s Global Investors Summit (Feb 24-25). With the drone sector projected to reach a $13 billion market by 2030, this policy positions Madhya Pradesh as a leader in drone technology and innovation.
