Parthiv Patel, a former Indian cricketer, launched SportzEngage, an AI-driven cricket development venture, on October 14, 2026. The platform was established in collaboration with entrepreneurs Kunal Abhishek and Shamik Datta to improve talent identification and performance analysis in cricket. Its primary application, CRiQ, offers video analysis, personalised feedback and performance tracking using artificial intelligence, including ball-tracking technology. The venture aims to support grassroots-level cricketers who lack access to professional coaching and advanced technology. Parthiv Patel made his Test debut in 2002 at the age of 17, becoming the youngest wicketkeeper in Test history at that time. He also led Gujarat to its first Ranji Trophy title in 2016–17.
