Serum Institute of India has entered into a partnership with the Gates Medical Research Institute to establish the manufacturing capacity for the M72/AS01E tuberculosis vaccine candidate. The collaboration aims to produce the vaccine at a large scale if Phase III clinical trials are successful and regulatory approvals are obtained.
