Telangana's Vikarabad district has been strategically chosen as the location for India's second Very Low Frequency (VLF) communication station, vital for naval communication with ships and submarines. The station is expected to be completed by 2027.

The 63rd Central Geological Programming Board (CGPB) Meeting convened in Bhopal, where the Geological Survey of India (GSI) unveiled its annual program for 2024-25. This program includes 392 Mineral Development projects, emphasizing the exploration of strategic and critical minerals like REE, Graphite, and Lithium. Additionally, 111 projects under Natural Hazard Studies/Public Good Geoscience aim to provide societal benefits, addressing state requests, disaster management, and fostering collaborations with universities and various authorities.

Vice-President Shri Jagdeep Dhankhar inaugurated the 'Hamara Samvidhan, Hamara Samman' campaign, commemorating 75 years of Republic India. The campaign underscores a commitment to constitutional principles and aims to empower citizens to contribute meaningfully to democracy.

The inauguration ceremony took place in Hyderabad at the 'Salar Jung Museum,' introducing five new galleries with an extensive assortment of artifacts, spanning sculptures, Bidriware objects, antique lamps, bronze statues, and marble sculptures, enriching the cultural landscape of the city. These galleries include 40 sculptures from the 2nd century B.C., 300 unique objects in the Bidriware Gallery, 180 antique objects in the Lamp and Chandelier Gallery, 100 bronze statues in the European Bronze Gallery, and 50 marble sculptures in the European Marble Gallery.

The inauguration took place in Devanahalli, Bengaluru, where Boeing's Rs 1,600 crore BIETC campus is located. This campus, positioned at Hightech Defence and Aerospace Park, stands as Boeing's most substantial investment globally, outside the United States.
