India’s first integrated agricultural export facility is being developed at Jawaharlal Nehru Port in Mumbai. This initiative, valued at Rs. 284.19 crore, aims to streamline logistics, reduce multiple handling, and extend the shelf life of agricultural products, thereby enhancing India's export capacity. The facility will support prominent export items such as non-basmati rice, maize, spices, onion, and wheat. It will also include cold storage and frozen storage facilities, ultimately empowering farmers and small exporters, creating employment opportunities, and stimulating rural development.

The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) was established on July 27, 1939, originally named the Crown Representatives Police. The force was created to maintain internal security during political turmoil in the princely states of India. It was later renamed CRPF on December 28, 1949, and has since evolved into a central paramilitary force under the Ministry of Home Affairs, playing a significant role in law and order, counter-insurgency, VIP protection, and disaster management.

India's installed nuclear power capacity is projected to increase from 8,180 MW to 22,480 MW by 2031-32. This growth is part of a broader strategy to enhance the country's nuclear power infrastructure to support its long-term energy needs and environmental goals. The expansion includes the construction and development of new reactors, with the ultimate aim of achieving a national nuclear capacity of 100,000 MW by 2047 to meet its net-zero emissions target by 2070.

The ceremony, hosted by NTPC, recognized the top performers in various categories and was presided over by Atul Bhatt, Chairman of TOLIC and CMD of RINL. Mumbai, India's bustling financial capital, is preparing to launch its first underground metro, known as the Aqua Line, to enhance its urban transit system. The Aqua Line, also referred to as Mumbai Metro 3, will span 33.5 kilometres and feature 27 stations, connecting significant areas from Aarey Colony to Cuffe Parade. This new metro line aims to alleviate congestion on Mumbai's crowded streets, providing a more efficient and quicker transportation alternative. The project's phased implementation will begin on July 24, 2024, with full completion expected by the end of December 2024.
