Operation CHAKRA III is a collaborative effort between the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to combat cybercrime. The operation led to the arrest of a key suspect in Mumbai and the recovery of substantial assets, including 57 gold bars, ₹16 lakh in cash, and cryptocurrency management devices. This operation underscores the focus on disrupting sophisticated cybercrime activities involving virtual assets and bullion. By working together, the CBI and FBI aim to dismantle transnational cybercrime networks and protect individuals from financial crimes.

Kerala reported its first confirmed Nipah virus infection of the year, with a 24-year-old man from Malappuram succumbing to the disease. Health Minister Veena George confirmed the case after testing by Kozhikode Medical College Hospital and the National Institute of Virology. In response, 16 committees were formed to trace contacts and prevent further spread. Kerala has experienced outbreaks of the Nipah virus in the past, and the state's health authorities are actively working to contain the situation.

The global top 5 megahubs include prominent airports like London Heathrow, Kuala Lumpur, and Tokyo-Haneda, while LCC megahub leaders include Kuala Lumpur, Manila, and Singapore Changi.

The "Rangeen Machhli" app, launched by Union Minister Rajiv Ranjan Singh, aims to support the ornamental fisheries sector by providing multilingual information, a directory of aquarium shops, and educational modules for fish care and breeding.
