The Water Sustainability Conference 2025 took place at the NDMC Convention Centre in New Delhi. This event, organized by the Bureau of Water Use Efficiency (BWUE) in collaboration with The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI), focused on promoting industrial water use efficiency. The conference was inaugurated by Union Minister of Jal Shakti, Shri C. R. Patil, and brought together industry leaders, government officials, and experts to discuss sustainable water management practices and innovative strategies for water conservation in industries.

Mumbai led the growth in warehousing demand in India in 2024, with 10.3 million square feet of warehousing transactions. India's overall warehousing transactions rose by 12% year-on-year to 56.4 million square feet, driven by the expansion of manufacturing and third-party logistics (3PL). Other cities like Bengaluru, Kolkata, and Chennai also saw significant growth in demand, but Mumbai took the lead. Additionally, private equity investments surged, reflecting the growth of e-commerce and the supply chain sector.

Amul has been ranked as the 3rd most valued brand in India according to the YouGov India Value Rankings 2025. This ranking places Amul alongside Amazon (1st) and Flipkart (2nd). Amul, known for its strong consumer trust, affordability, and high-quality dairy products, is the only FMCG brand in the top three. Its success is attributed to its cooperative model that supports farmers, its wide market penetration, and consistent innovation, ensuring its appeal across various consumer segments. This recognition reinforces Amul's position as a leader in India's FMCG industry.

The three-day conference titled "Navigating the Future: Industrial Policy and Global Competitiveness" was held at NALSAR University of Law in Hyderabad from January 17-19. This event was organized in collaboration with the Centre for International Trade and Investment Laws, NALSAR University of Law, and the World Trade Institute, University of Bern, highlighting Hyderabad as a key location for international discussions on trade and investment law.

PhonePe, a prominent digital payments platform in India, launched the ‘Insuring HEROES’ campaign to promote financial security among women in celebration of International Women’s Day 2025. The campaign offers exclusive discounts on term life and health insurance, available through the PhonePe app. The initiative aims to enhance accessibility to affordable insurance for women, providing up to 30% off on term life insurance and 15% off on health insurance, available until March 9, 2025. This campaign seeks to empower women with better financial protection and stability.
