Software industry association National Association of Software and Services Companies (NASSCOM) is setting up centres of excellence on artificial intelligence (AI) and data sciences for a better understanding on the emerging technologies. These centres of excellence are being set up in Bengaluru and Hyderabad. Work related to mapping the resources available in India for developing AI will be carried out at these centres. These centres will also promote AI-based start-ups and will enlist global best practices including regulatory aspects.
