The correct answer is B digital to analog.

Because we convert analog to digital in modulation process for example in mic we convert sounds signal which is the analog signal into electric signals...and the reverse is demodulation...it converts back into voice signal... So it digital to analog.

From my basic point of view,

the answer should be Option B.

Modulation is from digital to analog.

Demodulation is from analog to digital.

DeModulation as referred to Modem, That's why B is the answer?

When a analog signal comes through telephone line to modem it converts it to digital form readable by computer this is first part of mod-dem called modulation reverse is demodulation.

In demodulation, digital signal is converted back to analog signal.

Modem perform two operations.

1. Modulation - digital to analog.

2. Demodulation - analog to digital.
