If it is talk about Geostationary satellite then answer would be 'B'.

In this case, the answer should be 'D'.

A satellite in geosynchronous orbit can see one spot of the planet almost all of the time. For Earth observation, this allows the satellite to look at how much a region changes over months or years.

That's why it is B.

Geostationary satellite : is an earth-orbiting satellite, placed at an altitude of approximately 35, 800 kilometers directly over the equator, that revolves in the same direction as the earth rotates. So the answer can be B or D.
