YES, a coaxial cable can be used to get an Ethernet connection but in order to achieve it, you need to install another modem which the coaxial cable will be attached to. Coaxial cable is used as a transmission line for radio frequency signals.

How can we connect a pc with a device directly with a coaxial cable there is no such port on the pc.

We must need a lan cable, usb, or serial cable it seems.
