FET is voltage controlled current device and BJT is current controlled voltage device. Input impedance of FET is high and BJT has low so FET is voltage controlled and BJT is current controlled. Rem. - VCVS- Rin=infinite, Rout=0 VCCS- Rin=infinite, Rout=infinite CCVS-Rin=0, Rout=0 CCCS-Rin=0, Rout=infinite.
