If a microcomputer has a 64K memory, what are the hexadecimal notations for the first and last memory location?

Actually question is to find hexadecimal value, so hexadecimal is in 0 to f.
So based on options B and D will be eliminated next coming to option A.
So it is not correct because it is in 0 to e, e means 14 which is not correct.

64K = 64 * 1024 = 65536.
It's Hexadecimal equivalent = FFFF.
