Sql is a child of query language, query language also have many more child like sql. Would you imagine that sql could be a most uses by the users?

Typically you said no, that's why query language is final answer.

In Many big organisation we used SQL for accessing managing, deleting the data from the database so that we doubt the answer of this question.

Otherwise I think that question language should be different if we give answer as Query Language.

Query language because Database is not necessary to be in table format. It can be in MongoDB or Hive also.
