The correct answer option is electronically charged plates.

Electronically charged plates: In continuous inkjet technology, ink droplets first receive an electrostatic charge from a charging electrode as they leave the nozzle. They then pass through a pair of parallel, electronically charged deflection plates (also called deflection electrodes).

These plates create an electric field that dynamically pulls or pushes the charged ink droplets, precisely steering them onto the paper or into a gutter for recycling.
