Here it is not mentioned the abbreviation to MBPs they are asking 10/100 it means we can send data volume from 100 mbps to 100 Mbps, it is NIC card we can use it P1 to I-7 and its PCI slot, so it speeds maintained by its CPU speed. So 10/100 refers the answer D only correct.

Here 10/100 refers to 10 Mbps and 100 Mbps. The first Ethernet networks ran at 10 Mbps, and older computers and network components are limited to that speed.
New devices run at 100 Mbps but also support the earlier 10 Mbps for backward compatibility. Moreover older network are nowadays replaced by the Ethernet.

I used them in telecommunication (uni cores) and monitors commanding to the communication access of fixed telephones and data of executing programs only for the telecommunication. But now I am an it fresh student of some cool-age.
