RAM is volatile or temporary but ROM is also main memory and ROM is nonvolatile or permanent, I think there is two option for ROM a, b but only one option for RAM is D.

RAM is volatile in nature that's why it is temporary storage because it loses its data when the power is off.

Whatever data that is store in the main memory will not last when you turn off your computer unlike secondary storage which will store your file even after you turn off your computer.
