Answer Should be 'B'.
As DRAM refreshes periodically and it uses capacitor, so it consumes more power.

The advantage of DRAM is its structural simplicity - only one transistor and a capacitor are required per bit, compared to four or six transistors in SRAM. This allows DRAM to reach very high densities.
SRAM uses many transistors and hence are expensive and has higher power consumption than DRAM.
D is the correct answer.

1. SRAM is static while DRAM is dynamic.
2. SRAM is faster compared to DRAM.
3. SRAM consumes less power than DRAM.
4. SRAM uses more transistors per bit of memory compared to DRAM.
5. SRAM is more expensive than DRAM.
6. Cheaper DRAM is used in main memory while SRAM is commonly used in a cache memory.
the bit density of SRAM is less as compared to DRAM so Option B is correct.

Since a static RAM's doesn't need a refresh, its power consumption is much less than dynamic RAM (Fact).
A DRAM memory cell uses a single transistor and a capacitor to store a bit of data. Devices are reported to be in limited production which provides 256 Mbits of storage in a single device. ==== > so DRAM have lower bit density.
The Correct answer is Option : A.

@Kiran.
Is it (A) or (D)?
Thank you.

Option D is the correct answer. Ram need for 1 transistor per memory.
And it's packing density is Heigh. A memory cell is an electronic circuitry which stores a binary bit 0 are 1, D-RAM consumes less power.
Six transistors are needed to form a memory.
The cell of SPAM. Hence it's packing density is low. It consumes more power.
So the answer is A.

What about the bit density? How it is low?

Because it uses transistor & capacitor instead of flip flops.

Dynamic ram needed to be recharged frequently then how its power consumption is low.
