What is the latest write-once optical storage media?

CD-ROM disk
A CD-ROM (Compact Disc – Read-Only Memory) is a write-once optical storage medium (data is written during manufacturing and cannot be erased or rewritten).
A WORM disk also means Write Once, Read Many, but the "latest" widely used consumer-grade optical storage at the time was the CD-ROM.
Magneto-optical disks are rewritable, not strictly write-once.
Digital paper is more of an electronic display technology, not true optical storage.
