First time I am hearing electronic valves what I that there is only vacuum tubes and transistors semiconductor.

Is Electronic valves, Vacuum tubes? Please define it.

ENIAC (Electronic Numerical Integrator and Calculator) was the first general purpose electronic digital computer developed by John W. Mauchly and J. Presper Eckert in 1945. It was a very large machine weighing about 30 tons and containing about 18000 vacuum tubes. It used decimal numbers for its operation rather than binary numbers.
