Laser disc : is a disk resembling a larger CD but able to store video, now generally replaced by the DVD used in storing and providing programmed access to a large database of text, pictures, and other objects, including motion video and full multimedia presentations.
So as per the definition, the answer can not be Laser disc.

There is something called as pits and lands concept used in laser disks.
