Radian = Equals the number of its distinct counting digits.

It only means, how many different numbers there is,

115 is 1 and 5, hence it's radian is two.

156 is 1, 5 and 6 = three.

9999999999999999999999999999 is one.

Maximum radian of the octal system is 8,
Maximum radian of the decimal number system is 10,

A Radian of a given number = is Equal to the number of its distinct digits.

Example : Number 77 has only 1 Radian that is 7, Number 82, has 2 Radian that is 8 & 2 Number 456 has 3 Radian that is 4, 5, & 6.

Max radian of binary number = 2 (0, 1).

Max radian of octal number = 8 (0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7).

The question confuses a little bit by asking number system. Usually, radian belongs to a number.

The no distinct digit in a number is known as radian.

For example suppose we have a no 155, the number have two distinct digit i.e. 1 and 5 so the radian of the number is two.

Count of the distinct digits in a whole Number is called its radian,
Eg, 123 its radian is 3.
While 122, its radian is 2 because only two distinct numbers are their 1 and 2.

Radian is a "pure number" that needs no unit symbol.
