ROM(Read Only Memory):- It's like Book. Means everything is written from company. We can only read can't write.

PROM(Programmable Read Only Memory):- It's like Note Book. We purchase an empty PROM and than it allow us to write a program and commands what we want. After completing our task we can't change it. We can Only read.

That's the PROM We can write one's.
