Data flow is the best option b/c Data Transmission and Data processing is the difference work on the different method.
Data transmission worked data is sent to another PC. Or about your requirement? and data processing is way data the data pass ways in a different method. And Data capture means to data achievements the data. That data flow is the right option.

Data transmission methods used to transmit data between digital devices i.e. serial and parallel transmission.
Data flow the path of data from the source document to data entry to processing to final reports.
Data processing : Data to produce meaningful information.

The correct answer is None of the above.
The method you're describing is more closely related to System Analysis or Computer-Aided Software Engineering (CASE), which involves tools for recording and analyzing systems.
The provided options like Data transmission, Data flow, Data capture, and Data processing refer to specific functions within systems but not to the overall method for analyzing systems.

The right answer :data flow.
A computer-assisted method for recording and analyzing existing or hypothetical systems is known as Data Flow. This approach involves creating Data Flow Diagrams (DFDs), which visually represent the movement of data within a system. DFDs illustrate how data enters, moves through, and exits a system, helping analysts understand its structure and functionality. This method is crucial for system analysis and design, as it allows for the identification of inefficiencies, redundancies, and potential areas for improvement.

Data flows in the computer through the components of the computer. For example, data may be fed to a computer or may enter through the input devices, processed then it may leave through output devices such as printers, USB cables or wireless transfers.
DataProcessing:Data must first be entered into the computer before it can be processed. Once the date is entered, the Central Processing Unit will analyze this data and perform the necessary computations or run the necessary applications to complete the available information. Once the data is processed, it can be translated to various output values such as documents, audio, or video.
