Surface overflow Rate= Rate of Flow/surface area of tank.
Plain Sedimentation = 12000-18000 Litres/m2/day= 500 - 750litres/Hr/m2.
Sedimentation With Coagulation = 24- 30m3/day/m2= 1000-1250litres/hr/m2.

For plain sedimentation - 15000 to 30000 litre per m*2 per day.
Sedimentation with coagulation - 30000 to 40000 litre per m*2 per day.
If these qualities are divided by 24 then it shud be 625 to 1250.

Surface overflow rates:

Plain sedimentation :
V = 12 to 18 m3/day/m2.
V = 500 to 750 Liters/hr/m2.

Coagulation sediment:

V = 24 to 30 m3/day/m2.
V = 1000 to 1250 Liters/hr/m2.

It should 12000-18000 l/m^2/day for plain sedimentation and 24000-30000 l/m^2/day with a coagulant.
