It is not correct. The correct answer is cm^2/sec.

Given answer was correct only

K=QL/Ah.
Q comes m3/s, L comes m, A comes m2, h comes m.

Therefore, k come to cm/s.

cm/sec or cm/hr or mm/hr ---- all are units of soil permeability.

cm/min seems to be more reasonable, right? Please anyone explain.

Unit of Coefficient of permeability is same as that of velocity such as m/s.
Unit of coefficient of compressibility is inverse of pressure.
Unit of coefficient of consolidation is cm2/S.
