Given Option is incorrect. The correct answer is springs. Because spring water comes from underground. Overall this water comes from rain and snow and it reaches to underground.

No, the given answer is correct only. They have asked for an incorrect option. Except for the storage reservoir (which is used to store water in the rainy season and later use it) which is not an underground source of water remaining all other options are underground sources of water.
