2010 -> 50000 + (20/100) * 50000 = 60000,
2020 -> 60000 + (20/100) * 60000 = 72000.
2020 -> 60000 + (20/100) * 60000 = 72000.

pn = p(1+%/100)^n.
n = no of decade.
so p2 = 50000(1+20/100)^2.
= 50000*36/25 = 72000.
p2 means after 2 decade the population is 72000.
