Option A is wrong because after 100% saturation i.e.full infiltration capacity. How could water enter the soil?

Yeah, A must be wrong.

The answe should be D.

A is the right answer because after rainfall exceeds the infiltration capacity, water enters with full saturation.

|Infiltration capacity is nothing but MAXIMUM INFILTRATION RATE.
What option A is saying is correct.
So when the Rainfall rate is more than the Max Infiltration rate it's obvious that the water will enter at full capacity rate.
