Given answer is correct because;
1) 225 mm diameter sewer laid 1 in 120.
2) 150 mm diameter sewer laid 1 in 100.
3) 100 mm diameter sewer laid 1 in 60.
1) 225 mm diameter sewer laid 1 in 120.
2) 150 mm diameter sewer laid 1 in 100.

Actually, the gradient for sewer having a diameter above 150 mm is 1 in 100.

As the diameter goes increasing, flow continues, velocity increase without any choke in 225 pipe.
So, the correct answer is D.
So, the correct answer is D.
