Ti = 3.999 say 4hrs.

The potential Energy=m.g.h so, h=12.4 m. we can consider 1/2 *12.4=0.5,
0.5 m/sec under force of gravity run,
60*60=3600 sec*0.5 m/sec=1800 m.
1800/1000=1.8 km/hr.
Here 8 km/1.8 km/hr.
Ans. 4.44 hr. can say 4 hours.

Kirpichs formula can also be used like this;
Tc= (0.00032L^0.77 )/S^0.385.
Tc= Time of concentration ( hr).
L= Maximum length of travel (m).
S= slope, H/L.
By using this formula we can get the correct answer, and km is converted into m.
