Aerobic bacteria is working in presence of O2.
And Anaerobic bacteria is working in Absence of O2.
But Facultative bacteria is working both conditions means presence or absence of O2.

Aerobic bacteria or process means in the presence of oxygen or organic matter the process happening.
Where Anaerobic means free or absent of oxygen are present. Here inorganic matter like nitrate, sulphate etc.
