Stone Pitched lining - 1.5 m/s.
Burnt clay tile or Brick lining - 1.8 m/s.
Unreinforced cement concrete lining - 2 to 2.5 m/s.

No, This is absolutely incorrect as for stone sewers the max allowable velocity is 3 to 4m/s.
