If the pipe is neither full nor half then the formula for wetted perimeter is
p= 2 * cos(r-h/r).
As d=2 so r=1 & h=50cm=0.5m,
2 *cos(1-0.5/1).
p=1.99 almost equal to 2 and 2π/3 = 2.0.
Thus the answer will be 2π/3.
