Wetted perimeter = πDθ/360.
Diameter D = 2 m.
For circular section running partially full:
Cos θ/2 = 1-2 d/D = 1-2 x 0.5/2 = 0.5.
θ = 120.
Therefore, Wetted perimeter = πx2x(120/360) = 2π/3.
