At level B-B 400 mm ==> 20 kn + 2.5 kn = 22.5 kn /1500mm2 = 15 mpa.
At level C-C stresses will increse double height 15 mpa*2 = 30 mpa.
At level C-C stresses will increse double height 15 mpa*2 = 30 mpa.
