PL^3/(3EI)= ML^2/(2EI).
Deflection due to reaction and moment will balance each other so,
P= 1.5M/L is the correct answer.

m=p*L.
So, P=M/L.

Option C is correct.
B/c carry over moment is transfer from propped end to fixed end is M/2 then total moment is 1.5M. So reaction in propped end is equal to 1.5M/L.
