True Bearing = Magnetic Bearing - Magnetic Declination (West).
=> Magnetic Bearing= True Bearing + Magnetic Declination = 34°20'40" + 2°00'20" = 36°21'00"
So, Option A is correct.

The Answer should be C.
T.b = MB - declination.
Since declination is towards west, we have to deduct declination.
Incase declination was towards east. It has to be added.
