r=radius of sewer pipe.
y= depth of water.
Hydraulic radius =(ry/2y+r).
= (1*0.75)/2(0.75+1)
= 0.3 m.
y= depth of water.
Hydraulic radius =(ry/2y+r).
= (1*0.75)/2(0.75+1)
= 0.3 m.

b= 1 m, y= 0.75 m.
Hydraulic radius,R= by/(2y+1).
i.e. R= 0.3 m.
Hydraulic radius,R= by/(2y+1).
i.e. R= 0.3 m.

For this, we get r/R is 1.9 so final answer we get 0.5.

We know d/D=(1-cos(@/2))/2 put d=.75 & D=1.
Then we get @ value means @=240 then put this in r/R formula we get r/R= 1.2.
Then we get @ value means @=240 then put this in r/R formula we get r/R= 1.2.

When full R= D/4 = 0.25 m.
At a depth of 0.75 m we know r/R=1.2.
Putting R = 0.25, r = 0.3 m.
