4*4.5 - 4 - Rb*4 - 2 = 0,
Rb = (18 - 4 - 2)/ 4 = 3 kN,
Rc = 4 - 3 = 1kN,
B.Ma = 0.
B.Mb = 4*0.5 = 2 kN.m (just left to B),
B.Mb = (4*0.5) - 4 = 0 (just right to B),
B.Mc = 2 kNm.
Design Bending Moment = Maximum of above = 2 kN.m.
